First I ordered the same size groove life ring as I have with my metal and cheap silicone rings. It did not fit and I had to get a size up. After I got it, I wore it for about a week before the silicone started to tear just from taking it off and on, and the anti stretch became exposed and irritated my finger. So, again I had to swap it out but this time for a ring without the anti stretch. Hopefully this will work better for me.
Other than that, I liked the ring being thin and flat.

This ring was too small. It is a size 6 as was the other ring I ordered, but this one was much smaller than the other and does not fit.
