Their "NO BS" WARRANTY IS TOTAL BS!!!!! They want to charge you a discounted price plus pay shipping for a replacement ring. They say they only cover product failure. How else does a rubber ring fail other than ripping? We only over paid for a silicone ring to get NO BS when submitting for a warranty claim. Dont change your warranty policy after everyone bought into your product.

For products with cosmetic damage (like torn rings), we offer a courtesy replacement at a discounted price. Our high-quality products are built to last, but if a replacement is ever needed, we'll be happy to provide it for up to 94 years. Hope this helps!
